Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's everything you need to know before deleting your Jibbly account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered.
What gets permanently deleted
- Your full name, phone number, and profile photo
- All saved delivery addresses
- Jibbly Pay wallet balance (non-refundable)
- Favorites (saved shops and products)
- Active Prime membership (no refund for remaining period)
What we retain (anonymized)
For legal and financial compliance purposes, order history and transaction records may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion. These records are de-linked from your identity and cannot be used to identify you.
Delete from the Jibbly App
Recommended — fastest method
- 1Open the Jibbly or Jibbly Rider app on your phone
- 2Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- 4Read the confirmation and tap "Permanently Delete My Account"
- 5Your account will be deleted immediately
Delete from the Website
- 1Go to jibblyeg.com and sign in
- 2Click your profile icon in the top right
- 3Go to My Account → scroll to the bottom
- 4Click "Delete Account" and confirm
Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app or website, you can request account deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 7 business days.
