1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Jibbly mobile application, website (jibblyeg.com), or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. Jibbly for Delivery Services ("Jibbly," "we," "us," "our") operates this platform from the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Definitions

• "Platform": The Jibbly mobile application, website, and any associated services.
• "User" or "You": Any person who uses the Platform to browse or order products.
• "Partner Shop": Any commercial establishment registered on the Platform to sell its products.
• "Driver": Any person registered on the Platform to deliver orders.
• "Location Data": Precise GPS coordinates collected from your device to provide our services.
• "Jibbly Wallet": The in-app electronic payment system.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account using your mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keeping your account secure and not sharing your login credentials with others.
• Being responsible for all activities that occur through your account.
• Being at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings in the app. Upon deletion, your personal data is permanently removed. Order and transaction records are retained in anonymized form for legal and financial compliance purposes.

4. Use of Services

Jibbly provides a platform that connects users with local shops for product delivery. When using our services:

• Jibbly acts as an intermediary between you, partner shops, and drivers.
• Products displayed are subject to availability and prices may vary.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
• The Platform must be used for lawful purposes only.

5. Orders & Payments

When placing an order through our platform:

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the displayed prices.
• An order is confirmed when the partner shop accepts it.
• Prices include the product price, delivery fee, and any applicable service charges.
• You can pay using your Jibbly Wallet or any other available payment method.
• Jibbly Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Delivery

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

• Delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• You can track your order in real-time through the app.
• The delivery address must be accurate and complete.
• You must be available to receive the order at the specified address.
• For drivers, being 'Online' or 'Active' in the app constitutes explicit consent to real-time location tracking for the duration of the session.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and other factors and are displayed before order confirmation.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Abuse drivers, partner shop staff, or Jibbly support team.
• Use the Platform to place fake or fraudulent orders.
• Resell products purchased through the Platform for commercial purposes.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Jibbly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Egyptian law:

• Jibbly provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.
• Jibbly is not responsible for the quality of products provided by partner shops.
• Jibbly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Jibbly's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
• Jibbly is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
